I’m Sangeeta Sharma, founder of Three Pines Education, where I work closely with high school students and families navigating one of the most important transitions in a young person’s life — the journey to college.
My work is rooted in the belief that every student has a unique story worth discovering, shaping, and presenting with care. Through deeply personalised mentorship, I help students build clarity around who they are, what they care about, and how to create an application journey that reflects their strengths, values, and aspirations.
At Three Pines, I support students across profile building, extracurricular planning, college list strategy, essay development, application positioning, and long-term admissions planning. I believe the admissions process should not feel overwhelming or transactional — it should be thoughtful, strategic, and grounded in a student’s authentic voice.
I work closely not only with students, but also with families, creating a process that is collaborative, transparent, and carefully paced. My goal is to help students move through this journey with greater confidence, stronger self-awareness, and a clearer sense of the path ahead.
